My Experience

2020 – Present

I am currently a PhD Candidate at the College of Information Sciences and Technology, Penn State University, where I am advised by Dr. John Carroll. I have the also privilege of collaborating with other outstanding faculty members, including Dr. Sarah Rajtmajer and Dr. Aiping Xiong.

2022 – Present

I also serve as a Graduate Research Assistant with Teaching & Learning with Technology at University Libraries, working under the guidance of Dr. Sarah Zipf. My role focuses on advancing research-driven decision-making to support educational technology and learning space initiatives at Penn State.

2017 – 2019

Prior to joining Penn State, I earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, where I worked under the guidance of Dr. Denny Yu. My research centered on leveraging data-driven human factors research to enhance robotic surgery training.

2018 – 2020

I also served as a Graduate Assistant and later as a full-time Researcher at the Mechanical Engineering Education Research Center at Purdue University, under the supervision of Dr. Edward Berger. My work included quantitative and qualitative projects to drive the holistic transformation of STEM education.
